Old Leamingtonians 12 – Kenilworth 43
A dreary day and a slow start let OLs score a converted try against the run of play, but once Kenilworth settled the response was immediate and the pressure never eased. The forwards delivered a dominant attacking shift, reflected in five tries from the pack, with the other scores coming from Alex and Ed. Charlie added four conversions from six. Strong performances throughout, and debutant Vanya stood out with excellent tenacity and ball carrying. Ed, Jack, Freddie, Toby and Alex also put in big shifts.
