The Senior Mens squad have started pre-season training at the Cowpatch, under the watchful eyes of our coaching team of Phil Boulton and Todd Freemantle.

On Tuesday, our new Strength & Conditioning Coach, Chloe, put the squad through the paces and they were also joined by members of our Womens squad. The Senior Mens coaches also helped some of our M&J players with individual skills development, ensuring that our core values of being an inclusive club remain at the fore. Members are welcome to come down and watch the sessions, see for themselves how the Club is working together across all sections and how this positive club mentality is going to stand us in good stead for the coming season.

Pictured are the squad going through their drills, along with Senior squad member Ed Hannam using the feared Watt Bike aimed at building up stamina during the session.
