The hot summer we have had has had an effect on the pitches throughout the land, especially in the south, and the RFU have made the decision to postpone the start of the season. In our Men's 1st XV League this means our first league fixture will be on the 26th Sept, away at Stow. What were free weekends earlier in the season have now been taken up by the two league games lost.

This will also affect our Women's teams.
Our Men's pre season games against Peterborough (1's, 2's and Colts) are still going ahead as part of our Summer Fun Day on Sat 22nd August. The1's are planning to kick off at 3pm.
Last week's pre season games at Nuneaton Old Eds did go ahead and I believe we won both games.
