A rather good set of final pre season games on Saturday. The 1st XV defeated Syston 34-31, a last minute penalty deciding the outcome. Our second XV took on Syston 2's and had 23 players to choose from. They lost narrowly 22-24 but laso had a last minute penalty in front of the posts which they declined in favour of a match winning try. Someone commented that the 2nd XV squad contained six members of our Twickenham winning squad - great to see!

On Sunday I ventured down to Southam to watch our U15 squad. They had a very big win over the local side and the pics of this game can be found HERE
